About This Community
The state electorate of Ballina has an approximate area of 1,100 km².
It is comprised of 74 suburbs including Alstonvale, Alstonville, Bagotville, Ballina, Bangalow, Billinudgel, Binna Burra, Broken Head, Brooklet, Brunswick Heads, Byron Bay, Cabbage Tree Island, Coolgardie, Coopers Shoot, Coorabell, Cumbalum, Dalwood, East Ballina, East Wardell, Empire Vale, Eureka, Ewingsdale, Federal, Fernleigh and Goat Island plus parts of another 7 suburbs.
It is comprised of the councils of Ballina and Byron.
It is surrounded by the state electorates of Clarence, Lismore and Tweed.
It is comprised of parts of the federal electorates of Page and Richmond.
