Strathpine Medicare Mental Health Centre

The Strathpine Medicare Mental Health Centre is here to support you if you’re feeling down, stressed or overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to.

The service is free for everyone. You don’t need an appointment or referral to get support, and the service is available to people who are not Australian citizens or residents. 

Medicare Mental Health offers: 

• immediate mental health support for people in distress 
• short-term mental health and wellbeing support 
• service navigation and helpful, relevant information 
• connection and referral for ongoing support
• support for carers and families of people experiencing distress. 

Medicare Mental Health Centre services are delivered in partnership with Primary Health Networks and local service partners and funders.  

Working with the community, including clinical and community services, helps us provide the right support for you now and in the future.  

Sharing knowledge and expertise with community and clinical services, also helps everyone to understand how to best support good mental health.
