About Us

Belong at Home provides in-home support services for people aged 65 and over living in Bunbury, WA and surrounding areas, supporting older people to remain safe, independent, and connected in their own homes and communities.

Services are delivered under the Support at Home Program (SaH) and the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). Support is tailored to individual needs, preferences, and goals, and coordinated in line with each person’s approved support plan and funding.

Belong at Home has a long history of delivering community-based aged care services across the South West of Western Australia. In addition to in-home support, services are coordinated through established local offices, including a purpose-built facility in Bunbury that supports care coordination, transport services, and group-based programs.

The service supports people who may be experiencing changes related to ageing, reduced mobility, health conditions, or difficulty managing everyday tasks at home. Support may be short-term or ongoing, depending on individual circumstances and assessed needs.

Key services may include:

  • Domestic assistance such as cleaning and laundry
  • Personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Meal preparation and support with nutrition
  • Transport to medical appointments, shopping, and social activities
  • Social support to help people stay connected to their community
  • Care coordination and support planning

Transport services are available locally and regionally, using a fleet of vehicles. Transport may be provided for medical appointments, shopping, and social activities, subject to eligibility and availability.

Services are available to people who meet eligibility requirements for Support at Home or CHSP funding. Access may depend on an aged care assessment and available funding. Private and brokered services may also be offered in some circumstances.

Belong at Home operates using a person-centred approach, recognising that each individual’s needs, preferences, and circumstances are unique. Services are delivered by trained staff and supported by coordinators and volunteers who work together to ensure care is respectful, safe, and responsive.
