About This Community
The state electorate of Algester has an approximate area of 66 km².
It is comprised of the suburbs of Algester, Archerfield, Forestdale, Larapinta, Pallara, Parkinson and Willawong plus parts of Acacia Ridge, Browns Plains, Calamvale, Forest Lake, Heathwood, Hillcrest, Regents Park and Rocklea.
It is comprised of parts of the wards of Calamvale and Moorooka.
It is comprised of parts of the councils of Brisbane and Logan.
It is surrounded by the state electorates of Inala, Jordan, Logan, Miller, Mount Ommaney, Stretton, Toohey and Woodridge.
It is comprised of parts of the federal electorates of Moreton, Oxley, Rankin and Wright.
