The state electorate of Miller has an approximate area of 28 km².
It is comprised of the suburbs of Chelmer, Fairfield, Graceville, Tarragindi, Tennyson, Yeerongpilly and Yeronga plus parts of Annerley, Moorooka, Rocklea and Sherwood.
It is comprised of parts of the wards of Holland Park, Moorooka and Tennyson.
It is within the council of Brisbane.
It is surrounded by the state electorates of Algester, Greenslopes, Inala, Maiwar, Mansfield, Mount Ommaney, South Brisbane and Toohey.
It is comprised of parts of the federal electorates of Griffith and Moreton.
