About Us

We offer multilingual trauma Counselling services, EMDR Therapy and Resource Therapy to individuals who have experienced a variety of issues such as trauma-related Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, Anxiety and Panic Attack, Loss and Grief, relational issues, work-related stress and anxiety, trauma-related to migration and acculturation and emotional and transitional support.
