Promoting, encouraging and fostering the improvement and betterment of Habana and district in a non-political and non-sectarian manner. And protecting Habana's culture and history.
The Habana & Districts Progress Association coordinates events and activities for residents including Tai Chi, Sewing group, Habana Carols Under the Stars, Habana Dinner by Moonlight, Harvest Mass.
The Habana & Districts Progress Association is currently renovating the Historical Habana Catholic Church (previously school) building to be used as a community hall.
