Aged Care Assessment Services
Aged Care Assessment Service supports older Australians wishing to access the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Home Care Packages and Residential Aged Care. These assessment services form part of the Single Assessment System.
RAC Funding Assessment
Residential Aged Care (RAC) Funding Assessment Services use the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) tool to determine the classification for residents in residential aged care homes.
