About This Community
The federal electorate of Maribyrnong has an approximate area of 73 km².
It is comprised of the suburbs of Aberfeldie, Airport West, Avondale Heights, Braybrook, Essendon, Essendon West, Kealba, Keilor East, Maribyrnong, Moonee Ponds, Niddrie, St Albans and Sunshine North plus parts of Essendon North, Keilor Park, Maidstone, Strathmore and Tullamarine.
It is comprised of parts of the councils of Brimbank City, Maribyrnong City and Moonee Valley City.
It is comprised of parts of the state electorates of Essendon, Footscray, Niddrie and St Albans.
It is surrounded by the federal electorates of Calwell, Gellibrand, Gorton, Melbourne and Wills.
